4 Free at-home workouts to get back in shape

A big part of Self-care is taking care of yourself and your health. It’s the new year and almost everybody make a resolution to lose weight or get in shape. Well with ‘rona still lingering the gym might not be the safest place to go right now. But instead of making excuses I want to give you my top 4 favorite free Workout Pages on Youtube.

4 Free at home works

to get you moving and in shape

Walk at Home

If you need to slowly ease into the exercise scene Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home videos are the prefect way to get started. Majority of the videos are just walking in place and keeping the pace of the music. She adds in a couple knee lefts and side steps from time to time but it’s mostly just walking in place. Perfect for an exercise noivce or on those days where you just don’t feel like doing much but still want to burn calories. And you will burn calories. Don’t let the walking in place fool you. She has videos from just walking a mile to walking up to 5! Choose your video and get walking.

PopSugar Fitness

If you want to kick up your exercises a little more try PopSugar Fitness. They have TONS of different exercises for everyone. From Beginner workouts to expert, from body weight exercises to working with 15lbs weights. Barre, Tabata anything you could possibly think of. You will definitly find a video you can stick with and most of them are just 20 – 30 mins long,…. and free!

SuperHeroFitnessTV

Another one of my favorite go-to workout pages is Keaira Lashae’s Superhero Fitness TV. She has been making exercise videos that will have you looking right for years. She is also featured a lot in PopSugar Fitness Videos. If you’re looking for something with a little spice and sexiness, look no further. She has muilptle Hip Hop, Sexy Dances, & Twerk Routines that will have you dripping in sweat after 5 mins.

Chloe Ting

Now if you really want to jump in head first, Chloe Ting will have you looking good in 2 weeks. I did her 2 week shred challenge (the best that I could at least) and could definitely see the results. She has multiple Videos and different workouts to choose from focusing on all parts of the body all for free. Give it a try and don’t be discouraged. The more you do it the better you will get and the closer you get to your dream body.

Let’s start the year off right. These 4 YouTube pages will provide you with all the free workouts you will need to get moving and in shape.
